CACEIS Malaysia is seeking a Team Manager for Group Invoicing (Fee Billing) to lead the invoicing team, drive process efficiency, and ensure accurate client billing across Europe services.

What will you do?
Business planning and general management.
Accountable for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the Team.
Develops Others: Coaches for High Performance / Builds Future Capabilities / Team Development.
Ensure employees understand our vision, as well as support and reinforce client focused behaviours that contribute to CACEIS goals.
Develop talent management & succession planning strategies that ensure we attract, retain and grow top talent at all levels in the organization.
Provide Support to Group Invoicing Management through regular and ad hoc communication.
Provide support to clients when expertise is required.
Ensure collaborative relationships across jurisdictional, functional and cultural boundaries.

Must-have
At least 5 years of people management experience in related processes and industry
Experience in client billing process and account receivables process
Experience in the Financial Services industry (e.g. Fund/Investor Services)
Experience in People Management and People Development
Understanding and application of Fee Schedule/Fee Agreement with client
Nice-to-have
Understanding of Products offered to clients and their operational nature
Experience in SQL or Excel VBA
Experience in leading changes, initiative and projects
