Job summary

Tong Xin Tang Healthcare International Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Clinic Assistant to support daily clinic operations and patient care at our Maluri, Cheras centre. The role is suitable for organized, caring individuals comfortable in a healthcare setting. TCM experience is an advantage but not required.

Salary ranges from RM3,000 to RM4,000 per month with benefits including free monthly treatment, parking/attendance allowance, and supportive colleagues.

Qualifications

• SPM or above.
• Able to communicate in basic English, Bahasa and Mandarin to communicate with different group of walk-ins.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work well in a team.
• Able to learn job procedures quickly and complete assigned tasks properly.
• Experience in the TCM industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness across the medical centre, including consultation rooms, treatment rooms, machines and equipment rooms
• Ensure tools and equipment in each room are sufficient and in good working condition
• Monitor medical consumables stock levels and replenish when needed
• Operate machine treatments as prescribed by the TCM PractitionerAssist and support the TCM Practitioner during treatments and procedures
• Care for patients while they are in the treatment area
• Provide basic information on services and products in response to patient enquiries
