Job summary

Trimedic TCM Setia Alam in Setia Alam is seeking a friendly and responsible Clinic Assistant to support daily clinic operations and patient care. Training will be provided to learn TCM-related knowledge and practices, with emphasis on teamwork, reliability and customer service.

The role offers exposure to front-desk duties, appointment management, treatment preparation and basic patient support in a busy clinical environment. Mandarin proficiency and willingness to learn are valued.

Qualifications

• No prior TCM or clinic experience required; training will be provided.
• Proficient in Mandarin; able to communicate in English at a basic level.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patients and handle front desk enquiries.
• Manage appointments, confirmations and patient records.
• Handle cashiering, payments and daily transactions.
• Assist TCM practitioners during consultations and treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms and clinic supplies.
• Assist with daily clinic operations, cleanliness and administrative tasks.
• Follow clinic SOPs and provide professional patient service.
