About the role

CLINIC TT WC is seeking a few Clinic Assistant to join our team at our healthcare center at Malim and Kota Laksamana, Melaka. This is a full-time position that will provide crucial administrative and clinical support to our natural therapies and alternative medicine practitioners.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming clients, providing excellent customer service

Scheduling and managing appointments, maintaining the clinic calendar

Assisting practitioners with patient consultations and treatments as needed

Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality

Ordering and restocking medical supplies and supplements

Ensuring the clinic is clean, organized and well-maintained

Providing general administrative support to the clinic team

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a healthcare or medical office setting, preferably in a natural therapies or alternative medicine clinic

Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Proficiency in using medical software and technology
