Job summary

Tosoul International Academy Sdn Bhd, based in Kuala Lumpur, seeks a caring Therapist cum Clinic Assistant to support treatment services and daily clinic operations. You will assist therapists, greet patients, manage appointments, and help with equipment cleanliness and inventory. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred, with English and Bahasa Malaysia useful.

Qualifications

• Experience in therapy, massage, physiotherapy, osteopathy, or clinic assistance.
• Languages: Chinese (priority), English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Caring, responsible, independent and able to handle pressure.
• Candidates with full working rights for Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists in treatment procedures, including preparation and aftercare
• Greet, register, and attend to patients professionally
• Schedule appointments and manage patient follow-ups
• Prepare, clean, and sterilise treatment tools and equipment
• Maintain clinic cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation
• Manage treatment room supplies and inventory
• Handle basic payment collection and administrative tasks
• Respond to patient enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
• Support marketing activities, photo/video shoots, exhibitions, and events when required
• Report directly to the Director
