Job summary

PERSOL in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Recruitment Associate to gain practical recruitment experience while collaborating with our Singapore-based consultants to help clients identify and attract the right talent.

You will be involved in sourcing, engaging candidates, coordinating interviews, and building professional relationships across the Singapore market. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with a flexible office & remote work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Candidates with HR internship experience preferred.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sales-driven mindset with KPI-based rewards.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential candidates through job portals, social media, sourcing platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline to support ongoing hiring requirements.
• Partner with Singapore-based consultants to understand clients’ recruitment needs and candidate expectations.
• Review resumes and conduct preliminary phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ suitability for available positions.
• Arrange interviews and coordinate communication between candidates, consultants, and clients.
• Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process and provide timely assistance to ensure a positive experience.
• Update and maintain candidate profiles and recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Establish and maintain relationships with candidates to support future recruitment opportunities.
• Gain hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle while building your recruitment and stakeholder management capabilities.
