PERSOL is seeking a Talent Partner to join our team in Malaysia, working closely with our Singapore-based colleagues to connect the right talent with clients. You will source candidates, engage them, and manage the recruitment process from screening to placement.

The role emphasizes independent work, team collaboration, and a sales-driven mindset, with KPI-based rewards. A Bachelor's degree is required, and HR internship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and connect with potential candidates via job portals, social media, and recruitment platforms.
• Collaborate with our Singapore team to understand client requirements and identify matching candidates.
• Review resumes, shortlist, and conduct initial phone screenings for fit and experience.
• Coordinate interviews and communication between candidates and clients throughout the process.
• Keep candidates updated at each stage and provide guidance throughout the journey.
• Ensure candidate profiles and recruitment updates are maintained in the ATS.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and create a positive recruitment experience.

Join us as a Talent Partner and work closely with our team in Singapore to connect the right talent with our clients. Gain hands-on experience in talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment while building valuable skills and meaningful professional relationships along the way.

What You'll Do:

Proactively source and connect with potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.

Partner with our Singapore-based team to understand client requirements and identify candidates who match the role and hiring needs.

Review and shortlist resumes, then conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and suitability for the opportunity.

Manage interview arrangements and coordinate communication between candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.

Keep candidates updated at each stage of the recruitment journey and provide the necessary support and guidance along the way.

Ensure candidate profiles, recruitment updates, and relevant information are accurately maintained in our ATS.

Build strong and lasting relationships with candidates while creating a positive and professional recruitment experience.
