Job summary

Tap Growth ai in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Talent Sourcing Partner to connect top candidates with opportunities in our Singapore-based client network. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to the recruitment lifecycle, refine sourcing strategies, and build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

In this hybrid role, you’ll identify talent through portals and social platforms, screen candidates by phone, and coordinate interviews while maintaining accurate ATS records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• Candidates with HR internship experience are preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Sales-driven mindset with KPI focus

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract potential candidates through job portals, social media, and sourcing platforms to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Partner with Singapore-based consultants to understand clients’ hiring needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and clients for a smooth process.
• Keep candidates informed with timely updates, feedback, and support throughout recruitment journey.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles and recruitment records in the ATS.
• Build and nurture positive candidate relationships while delivering a professional recruitment experience.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain accurate candidate profiles and recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and nurture positive candidate relationships while delivering an engaging and professional recruitment experience.
