PERSOL in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Recruitment Executive to collaborate with Singapore-based consultants and connect top talent with clients.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across sourcing, candidate engagement, and interview coordination, building lasting relationships and a strong recruitment pipeline. Location is Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, with emphasis on teamwork and KPI-driven performance.

• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.
• Work closely with Singapore-based consultants to understand hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.

• Work closely with Singapore-based consultants to understand clients' hiring needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Keep candidates informed through timely updates, feedback, and guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles and recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, delivering a positive and engaging recruitment experience from initial contact to placement.

• Any Bachelor's degree
• Candidates with prior HR and/or HR internship experience will be an added bonus
