Job summary

BigBath Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Talent Management & Training Development professional to shape onboarding and ongoing training programs. You will coordinate with department heads to foster team bonding and help new joiners settle in, while working closely with the CEO and HR Manager on first-month learning activities.

The role requires at least 2 years in Training and Culture Development, strong Chinese language skills, and the ability to use Google Suite, Capcut and Canva for

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Training and Culture Development.
• Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written).
• Able to use Google G-Suite tools (Slides, Calendar).
• Proficient in Capcut and Canva for video and design tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with department heads to plan bonding events and foster team relationships.
• Collaborate with CEO and HR Manager to design onboarding training and first 30 days learning plan.
• Support CEO with training and culture development activities and related operations.

Job Responsibility :

Coordinate with department head to create meaningfull bonding event to foster each other relationship

With CEO and HR manager to plan out new joiner training and 1st 30days learning and mission achievement activity to make them master neccesary skill and knowlede to create result

To assit CEO in all other operation process work that related to Training and Culture Development in the company.

Work Experience Requirement :

At least have 2 year working experience in related Training and Culture Development

Must able to speak fluent and write Chinese language

Possed own transport and laptop

Added advantage if previously have work in Retail Industry

Academic Qualification Requirement :

At least Degree qualification in Human Resource Related Study

Able to use Google G-Suite function example : Google Slide, Calender, & etc

Able to use Capcut to edit video and Canva to design

Currently subscribe at least Chat Gpt

Remuneration :

EPF SOSCO, EIS, Staff Insurance, Monthly Mission Goal Allowance
