Job summary

BigBath is seeking an Interior Designer Cum Visual Merchandiser to enhance showroom displays and boost sales across our 9 showrooms. You will support the Marketing Director and Head of Interior Design in strategic display execution and campaigns that lift conversion and ABV.

The role requires 2+ years in interior design, willingness to travel, own car, driving license, and a personal laptop. Experience in VM is a plus. Attractive rewards and allowances available.

• Able to travel alone and outstation; own car and driving license.
• Own laptop is required; experience as VM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Marketing Director and Interior Designer Head in strategic display execution and sales uplift.
• Plan and execute creative visual displays across 9 showrooms to drive 15% sales growth in VM zones.
• Conduct monthly showroom visits to ensure 90% VM compliance, high branding standards and quick rollout of campaigns.

Interior Designer Cum Visual Merchandiser (In house)

This Job is enhance all our current in-house showroom display set up to increase sales converson and client attention

Job Responsibilities :

Assit Marketing Directior and Interior Designer Head in Strategic Display Execution & Sales Uplift - Plan and execute together in creative visual displays across 9 showrooms to enhance product appeal, aiming to achieve a minimum 15% sales growth in VM-displayed zones through effective layout and color coordination.

Nationwide Showroom Maintenance & Compliance - Conduct regular site visits (minimum 1 visit per month per outlet) to ensure 90% VM compliance, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, branding consistency, and fast rollout of new marketing campaigns within 5–7 days.

Data-Driven Visual Marketing - Collaborate with the sales team to analyze customer flow and feedback, using display strategies to improve Average Basket Value (ABV) and conversion rates by simplifying the customer's decision-making process.

Working Time : Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm

Job Requirement :

Be able to travel alone and outstation have own car and driving license and own laptop

Must have at least 2 years work experience as Interior Designer

It will be added advantage if have work experience as VM visual merchandiser before
