Responsibilities

• Coordinate product delivery, installation, and after-sales service for customers.
• Serve as first contact for online and walk-in customers with professional service.
• Work with warehouse and installation teams to ensure smooth delivery and setup.
• Prepare quotations and proposals with the Business Development team and follow up on deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales and payments to support service quality.
• Be available to work weekends with rest days on weekdays.
