AmBank Group, via Group Human Resources, seeks a seasoned Rewards & Performance Management professional to strengthen our Total Rewards and Performance Management agenda. This role will help shape compensation, benefits and performance processes across the Bank.

You will translate market insights, data and rewards expertise into meaningful people strategies, drive the annual performance cycle, manage executive share schemes and provide governance-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field.
• 8+ years in total rewards, compensation & benefits or performance management.
• Strong knowledge of benchmarking, rewards analytics and governance.
• Experience with executive remuneration or long-term incentives is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead compensation benchmarking, remuneration analysis and rewards analytics.
• Support salary reviews, incentive programmes and rewards planning.
• Review and optimise employee benefits for value and cost effectiveness.
• Drive key aspects of the annual performance management cycle.
• Manage Executive Share Schemes and long-term incentive programmes.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders and governance.
