Job summary

GAMUDA BERHAD in Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Manager - Talent Management and OD to lead enterprise TM and OD strategies, shaping scalable leadership pipelines and optimizing organizational design to align with strategic goals. Qualifications

3–5 years of HRBP experience, with 1–3 years in Talent Management, Organisational Development, Leadership Development, or HR strategic roles.
Core capabilities include Program Management, AI & Digital Acumen, Data Savvy & Analytics, Stakeholder Management, and Change Management.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors; AI Talent platforms, or digital HR tools; certifications in psychometrics or OD framework preferred.

Responsibilities

Co-create and drive enterprise Talent Management and Organisational Development strategies.
Develop strategic talent management and succession frameworks using analytics.
Optimize organizational design, job architectures, operating models and competency frameworks.
