Job summary

Mah Sing Group Berhad is seeking a Head of Talent Management to shape and drive the organisation's talent agenda across talent development, performance management, leadership development, succession planning, and employee experience.

The role works closely with Business and Functional Leaders to build organisational and people capabilities, strengthen the leadership pipeline, develop and retain critical talent, attract high‑quality talent, and create a positive and engaging employee experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 10 years in talent management, L&D, recruitment, engagement or organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance management governance and development of a robust framework.
• Develop and implement succession planning and talent reviews for critical roles.
• Drive leadership development and build a strong leadership pipeline.
