OSK Holdings Berhad seeks an Assistant Manager / Manager, Talent Management & Organizational Development to develop and implement talent management strategies that strengthen leadership capability, workforce readiness, and organizational effectiveness across the Group.

This role is responsible for developing and implementing talent management and organizational development strategies that strengthen leadership capability, workforce readiness, and organizational effectiveness across the Group. The role drives key initiatives in talent management, succession planning, career development, internal mobility, leadership development, competency management, and workforce capability building to ensure a strong leadership pipeline and sustainable business growth.
To facilitate Group's Talent Management framework, including talent identification, talent review, leadership pipeline development and succession planning.
To facilitate annual talent review and succession planning exercises, ensuring readiness of successors for critical and leadership positions across the Group.
To develop, review, and enhance competency frameworks and talent assessment methodologies to support talent decisions and development planning.
To develop and implement leadership development programmes, mentoring initiatives, coaching frameworks, and high-potential talent programmes to strengthen leadership capability.
To design and implement career development frameworks, career pathways, and development initiatives to support employee growth and retention.
To partner with business leaders and HRBPs to identify critical talent gaps, workforce capability requirements, succession risks, and recommend appropriate interventions.
To monitor and analyse talent metrics, succession bench strength, internal mobility trends, career progression data, and other workforce analytics to support strategic decision-making.
To undertake any ad-hoc assignments, transformation initiatives, and special projects as assigned by the General Manager, Organizational Development.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development Learning & Development, Organizational Development or Human Resources.
Strong understanding of talent management frameworks, assessment methodologies, performance management, and organizational effectiveness principles.
Experience in developing competency frameworks, career pathways, and internal mobility programmes.
Experience facilitating talent reviews and succession discussions with senior leadership teams.
