Job summary

OSK Holdings Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Assistant Manager, Employer Branding to lead the development and execution of the Group’s employer branding and talent-attraction strategy. You will strengthen OSK as an employer of choice and build a sustainable, high-quality talent pipeline across the Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Marketing or related fields.
• Experience using employer brand analytics, campaign measurement and reporting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated Employer Branding campaigns across digital and physical channels.
• Lead the development of the Group EVP, branding framework and messaging.
• Build and maintain strategic campus and university partnerships beyond career fairs.
• Create compelling talent-attraction content highlighting OSK’s people, culture and career opportunities.
• Oversee EB assets, campaigns, events and partnerships across stakeholders and agencies.
