The Talent Development & Training Senior/Executive is responsible for the Learning & Development and Recruitment of new talents via Axrail's Management Trainee (MT) and Bootcamp programs. The individual also supports the design, coordination, and administration of various learning programs and initiatives. This includes managing the Management Trainee Program, online bootcamps, and partnerships with universities to strengthen the company's talent pipeline and development ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
To screen through applications made for Management Trainee & Bootcamp programs, schedule for interviews or conduct them, and the documentation for reporting and record keeping of all applicants.
Plan, coordinate, and administer Management Trainee Programs and online bootcamp activities.
Oversee participant onboarding, scheduling, attendance, and training activities.
Handle correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping for students and program participants.
Liaise with internal trainers, external partners, and universities to ensure smooth program delivery.
Participate in career fairs, university events, and hackathons to support talent branding and recruitment initiatives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing university partners for collaboration initiatives.
Prepare reports, feedback summaries, and evaluations to assess program effectiveness.
Support internal learning activities, workshops, and ad hoc training projects as assigned.
Handle ad hoc administrative or coordination tasks related to the department's learning initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in recruitment learning and development, program coordination, or HR administration.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, especially when engaging with students and university representatives. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Familiarity with online learning tools and platforms is an advantage.
A proactive, detail-oriented, structured thinking, and collaborative mindset.
