Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel invites a Talent Attraction Specialist (Thai Speaker) to join its HR team in Malaysia. You will drive talent sourcing, manage candidate pipelines, and collaborate with leaders to fill roles across the business.

In this role, you will source via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and internal tools, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain compliant recruitment processes while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Experience with candidate screening, resume review, interviews, and background/reference checks.
• Familiarity with ATS or recruitment management systems.
• Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate pools.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and KPIs.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles at the same time.
• Good written and spoken Thai would be additional advantage.

• Deliver all key activities within the talent acquisition process, including proactive sourcing, screening of applications, reviewing resumes, reviewing testing, and launching reference and background checks
• Manage and track candidate interactions via internal systems
• Continuously optimize talent acquisition solutions and processes by delivering against specified key performance indicators (KPI)
• Screen and review incoming applicants
• Build and maintain talent pools for specific roles and/or locations focusing on in-demand skill-sets to ensure a continuous flow of applicants

You will drive all talent acquisition activities to search and engage with the best talents to join the business. You will be the talent acquisition expert delivering solutions to all key stakeholders and ensure that an exceptional customer and candidate experience is delivered.

How you create impact

Key responsibilities

What we would like you to bring
