Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in Malaysia is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition professional to lead recruitment and sourcing efforts. You will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and build pipelines for current and future openings.

The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with LinkedIn, ATS, and various sourcing channels, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Sourcing, Recruitment or similar role.
• Experience proactive sourcing and direct candidate engagement.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Hands-on with LinkedIn, ATS, job boards and other sourcing tools.
• Good command of English and Vietnamese.

How you create impact

• Recruitment
• Manage recruitment activities from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, candidate profiles and hiring timelines.
• Screen and assess candidates against job requirements before presenting suitable profiles to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Manage candidate expectations during the recruitment and offer process within approved guidelines.
• Coordinate with HR and relevant stakeholders to support timely onboarding.
• Monitor requisition progress and proactively address delays or aging positions.
• Talent Sourcing
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies based on role requirements, talent availability and market conditions.
• Proactively identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, talent databases, referrals, professional networks and other relevant channels.
• Conduct Boolean searches, talent mapping and market research to identify suitable talent pools.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Identify alternative sourcing channels for difficult or specialized positions.
• Engage passive candidates through targeted and personalized outreach.
• Monitor sourcing effectiveness and adjust sourcing approaches where required.

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or another related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Sourcing, Recruitment or a similar role.
• Proven hands-on experience in proactive sourcing and direct candidate engagement.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions, business areas or organizational levels.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, job boards and other sourcing tools.
• Good command of English and Vietnamese.
