Job summary

PropertyGuru Group is expanding its Talent Development capability to design and implement scalable talent architectures and career pathways across markets. The role leads the rebuild of job, skills and competency architecture, defines skill taxonomy, and overhauls the GuruGPS experience in collaboration with HRIS to scale with Workday.

You will partner with leaders to translate capability gaps into actionable development plans, shape performance philosophy, and build transparent progression

Qualifications

• 7+ years in talent development, organisational development, performance management or capability building.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders across levels and countries.
• Confident turning talent and performance data into decisions using AI/digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild PropertyGuru's job, skills and competency architecture and keep it current as the business evolves.
• Define the skill taxonomy underpinning hiring, development, performance and mobility.
• Overhaul GuruGPS and connect with HRIS/Workday for scalable data.
• Identify priority skills and design scalable capability interventions across markets.
• Shape performance philosophy, goal-setting and calibration governance.
• Build transparent progression frameworks for internal mobility.
