Job summary

Averis is seeking an experienced HCM Architect to lead the design and evolution of our global Human Capital Management technology landscape. You will drive architecture, governance, and transformation of HR technologies supporting a diverse, global workforce.

You will partner with HR, Shared Services, and business leaders to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that enhance employee experience, workforce insights, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/CS/HRIS or related field.
• 10+ years of enterprise HR technology or solution architecture experience.
• Strong experience with leading HCM platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud).
• Knowledge of enterprise integrations, data architecture, cloud technologies and security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise HCM architecture, roadmap, and technology standards.
• Lead solution design across Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment, Learning, Performance, Succession, and Workforce Planning.
• Design and govern integrations between HCM platforms and ERP, payroll, identity management, and analytics platforms.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to drive digital transformation and process standardization initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and industry trends to enhance HR service delivery.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, privacy, and governance requirements.
• Provide architecture leadership during implementations, upgrades, and transformation programs.
• Manage vendors and implementation partners to ensure project delivery and platform sustainability.

As part of our Group IT team, you will drive the architecture, governance, and transformation of HR technologies that support a diverse and global workforce.

This role partners closely with HR, Shared Services, and business leaders to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that enhance employee experience, workforce insights, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise HCM architecture, roadmap, and technology standards.
• Lead solution design across key HCM domains including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment, Learning, Performance, Succession, and Workforce Planning.
• Design and govern integrations between HCM platforms and enterprise systems such as ERP, payroll, identity management, and analytics platforms.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to drive digital transformation, automation, and process standardization initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and industry trends to enhance HR service delivery.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, privacy, and governance requirements.
• Provide architecture leadership during implementations, upgrades, and transformation programs.
• Manage vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery and long-term platform sustainability.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HRIS, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, HR technology, or solution architecture roles.
• Strong experience with leading HCM platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or similar solutions.
• Solid understanding of enterprise integrations, data architecture, cloud technologies, and security frameworks.
• Experience working in multinational and shared services environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• TOGAF, SAP, Workday, Oracle, or other relevant architecture certifications.
• Experience with HR analytics, AI-enabled solutions, automation, and employee experience platforms.
• Exposure to global HR operations, workforce planning, and talent management processes.
