Job summary

One Belian Seed PLT is seeking a Talent Acquisition Projects & Transformation lead to drive strategic TA initiatives in Kuala Lumpur. You will oversee recruitment delivery, analytics, and AI enablement to transform talent acquisition capabilities and support informed hiring decisions.

You will partner across HR, IT, Procurement, Marketing, and business leaders, manage vendors and technology implementations, and build dashboards and workforce analytics to measure time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment operations, or related HR functions.
• Demonstrated expertise in recruitment analytics, data analysis, and workforce insights.
• Knowledge of AI and emerging recruitment technologies.
• Ability to partner effectively with HR, IT, Procurement, Marketing, and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic Talent Acquisition projects driving process excellence and business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment through automation, digitalization, and technology enhancements.
• Partner with HR, IT, Procurement, Marketing, and leaders to deliver recruitment transformation initiatives.
• Develop project roadmaps, timelines, governance frameworks, and success metrics.
