Responsibilities include optimizing job postings, employer branding, and stakeholder advisory on workforce planning. You will coach a high-performing team and drive standardized processes to deliver quality hires across markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment operations, including assessment, interviewing, offers, and sourcing for critical roles.
• Develop and implement regional talent acquisition strategies and talent pipelines.
• Lead and coach the TA team, providing direction and performance management.
• Drive process standardization to ensure consistent, high-quality candidate experiences.
• Strengthen external employer brand and relationships with universities and talent communities.
• Advise senior management on workforce planning and staffing-related matters.
• Represent the company as an employer of choice in external labor markets.
