Job summary

Singtel KL is launching a Shared Services Centre in Kuala Lumpur and is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to own end-to-end recruitment and build scalable talent pipelines across IT, Technology, Finance, and Corporate functions.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, provide market intelligence and data-driven recommendations, manage high-impact hiring, and ensure compliance with local regulations while elevating employer branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years of recruitment experience in large or complex organisations.
• Experience hiring across IT, Technology, Finance, and Corporate roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory capabilities.
• Experience in technology recruitment (software, infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, data, digital).
• Exposure to project-based or large-scale hiring in Finance, IT, Tech, or Telco industries.
• Solid understanding of the Malaysian talent market and recruitment channels.
• Demonstrated experience with career fairs, campus hiring, and employer branding.
• Ability to manage high-volume or complex hiring independently.
• Strong grasp of recruitment governance and local employment regulations.
• Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics.
• Proficiency in ATS and MS Office tools.
• Professional, resilient, detailed, and solutions‑oriented.
• Flexibility to support ad hoc TA or HR activities as business needs evolve.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Provide advisory support to hiring managers for junior to senior roles, including IT & Tech.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand talent needs and address hiring challenges.
• Engage with units and stakeholders, delivering updates and innovative solutions.
• Analyse recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and local employment laws.
