The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead end-to-end hiring for Malaysia while serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders. This role drives strategic recruitment activities, builds strong talent pipelines, and contributes to APAC-wide sourcing initiatives to support current and future workforce needs.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver full-cycle recruitment for roles across Malaysia.
- Provide insights on Malaysia’s talent landscape, including market trends, competitive intelligence, and talent availability.
- Develop and execute attraction and sourcing strategies that elevate employer branding and enhance candidate outreach.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong pipelines of both passive and active candidates for critical talent segments.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company’s values and strengthens our brand.
- Support and lead TA projects aimed at improving recruitment effectiveness and operational excellence.
- Utilize recruitment analytics to identify trends and improve talent acquisition strategy and outcomes.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, gained in an agency, RPO, or in-house setting.
- Experience in team management.
- Experience or exposure to sourcing talent across APAC markets, ideally including Malaysia, China, and ASEAN.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, channels, job platforms, and modern search techniques.
- Ability to manage recruitment projects and hiring campaigns with clear timelines and deliverables.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and share insights to guide recruitment decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
