Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of working experience.
• Diploma or degree holders in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications or related fields.
• People-oriented, proactive and motivated to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with different people and building professional relationships.
• Resilient and willing to work towards targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Source and engage potential candidates through calls, networking and online platforms
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess suitability for available roles
• Understand clients’ hiring needs and match them with suitable talent
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement
• Conduct business development to identify potential clients and new hiring opportunities
• Work towards monthly performance targets and earn performance-based incentives
