Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking a senior HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and selection, ensuring timely and effective hiring. You will partner with Hiring Managers to understand manpower needs, design sourcing strategies and ensure compliance with laws and the RBA Code of Conduct.

The role also supports HR operations, including work pass applications and related documentation, in a busy, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or related discipline.
• Preferably 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or HR.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing is essential.
• Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment will be an advantage.
• Experience in work pass administration will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with employment legislation, data protection requirements and the RBA Code of Conduct will be an advantage.
• Strong recruitment and candidate sourcing skills.
• Good interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with Hiring Managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the staff recruitment and selection process in accordance with the Company's hiring procedures and regulations.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to improve the efficiency of the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.
• Source potential candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and recruitment databases.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, coordinate interviews and assess candidates' suitability.
• Conduct interviews with Hiring Managers and interviewers to ensure alignment and a positive candidate experience.
• Ensure both technical and behavioural/cultural fit is evaluated.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including offers and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure data privacy compliance.
• Support work pass applications and HR admin tasks.
