Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Kulai, Malaysia seeks a talented Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and work pass administration. You will align with Hiring Managers, source candidates, conduct screenings and coordinate interviews to hire qualified talent.

Responsibilities include managing offers, onboarding, recruitment records, and ensuring compliance with laws and company policies while contributing to employer branding and talent pipeline development.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Preferably 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff recruitment and selection following company procedures and RBA Code of Conduct.
• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and networks.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews and assess fit.
• Conduct interviews with Hiring Managers to ensure alignment and candidate experience.
• Manage offers, contracts, onboarding and documentation.
• Support work pass administration and compliance with regulations.
