• Experience leading and coaching teams in dynamic environments.
• Ability to design and implement resourcing solutions with a strategic perspective while staying hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment including talent pipelining, screening, interviews, and hiring execution.
• Identify recruitment solutions to expand talent pool and database.
• Develop strategies for experienced hires and intern recruitment across the Group.
• Partner with leaders to identify, shortlist and extend career opportunities to candidates.
