Job summary

Pentas Flora Management Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment across assigned units in Malaysia. The role collaborates closely with Hiring Managers to understand manpower needs, source and assess candidates, and fill vacancies efficiently within timelines.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in HRM/related fields and at least five years of hands-on TA experience, with strong sourcing, interviewing and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Talent Acquisition / recruitment experience, preferably end-to-end.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple vacancies across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements, timelines and priorities.
• Source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, referrals and databases; conduct pre-screening and assessments.
• Coordinate interviews, salary negotiation and offer management; maintain candidate experience.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles and monitor progress against timelines.
