Job summary

Flintex Consulting seeks a Recruitment & HR Executive in Johor Bahru to lead end-to-end talent acquisition, work pass administration and HR support. You will partner with Hiring Managers to understand manpower needs, develop sourcing strategies and ensure compliance with laws and the RBA Code of Conduct.

You will also maintain recruitment records, support employer branding and campus recruitment to build a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR/Business/Management or related field.
• Preferably 5 years of relevant talent acquisition/HR experience.
• End-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing experience essential.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment is an advantage.
• Experience in work pass administration is an advantage.
• Familiarity with employment laws, data protection and RBA Code of Conduct is an advantage.
• Strong recruitment & sourcing skills; good interviewing capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff recruitment and selection per procedures and laws.
• Develop sourcing strategies to improve efficiency of recruitment.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand needs and fit.
• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and databases.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, coordinate interviews.
• Conduct interviews with Hiring Managers and interviewers.
• Assess technical and behavioural fit of candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including offers and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure data protection compliance.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Build relationships with universities and industry networks.
• Contribute to campus recruitment for Graduate Engineer trainees; other roles.
• Participate in career fairs and HR projects as required.
