Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required.
• 4–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and industrial relations.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR & Communications Manager in day-to-day HR functions: Compensation & Benefits, manpower planning, training & development, foreign workers administration, hostel management, staff welfare, employee relations, general administration & audits compliance.
• Provide timely communication on HR matters to the reporting manager.
• Monitor and develop department accountabilities to meet objectives and team duties.
• Oversee Payroll Management, Performance Management, Staff Welfare.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, talent pipeline, and exit interviews.
