Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, building talent pipelines, coordinating interviews, and delivering regular updates to stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
• Preference for 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Preference for end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand workforce needs.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates across functions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies via portals, social media, referrals and networking.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate between candidates and teams.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
