Tap Growth ai in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to learn recruitment from the ground up while working closely with Singapore-based consultants. Fresh graduates are welcome and training will be provided.

You will source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and nurture candidate relationships to build a strong talent pipeline in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• HR or HR internship experience is a plus.
• Good communication and people skills are essential.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Positive, driven and results-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working towards KPIs and performance-based rewards.

Responsibilities

• Source and connect with potential candidates via portals, social media, and sourcing platforms.
• Build relationships and grow the talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with Singapore-based consultants to understand client hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Keep candidates updated and engaged throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience.
