Qualifications

• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition or Technical Recruitment.
• 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience in semiconductor/electronics/manufacturing industries.
• Hands-on with sourcing platforms and creative methods.
• Ability to assess candidates for technical depth.
• Experience end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for specialised semiconductor engineering roles.
• Develop advanced sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Boolean search, Google X-Ray, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Recruit engineers across Physical Design, DFT, RTL Design, Functional Verification, Analog/Mixed-Signal Design, ASIC/SoC, Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Process Engineering, and Semiconductor Manufacturing.
• Analyse job descriptions and convert technical requirements into targeted search strings and effective sourcing strategies.
• Conduct detailed candidate assessments to validate technical expertise, project experience, domain knowledge, and hands-on skills.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill engineering positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, hiring priorities, and market availability.
• Track recruitment metrics, pipeline progress, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring targets.
• Guide recruiters on advanced sourcing, technical screening, and recruitment best practices.
