• Oversee the team's hiring activities, ensuring recruitment targets, timelines and quality standards are met.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, establish recruitment priorities and develop effective hiring plans for regular, urgent and mass recruitment.
• Drive sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, professional networks and recruitment agencies.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, maintain accurate recruitment records and identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and reporting.
