Job summary

Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited is seeking a proactive HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) to support recruitment activities in Malaysia. This role will manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure organizational growth and workforce capability.

You will source candidates through portals, agencies, universities and referrals; screen, interview, prepare offers and coordinate onboarding, while reporting progress and recruitment costs to the HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 2-5 years of TA experience.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and interviewing techniques.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
• Source candidates through portals, agencies, universities and referrals.
• Screen, interview, and coordinate offers and onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define manpower requirements and strategies.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment records and metrics.
• Monitor vacancies, lead times and recruitment costs; report to HR.
• Participate in career fairs and campus recruitment when applicable.
