You will partner with hiring managers to attract and secure quality talent and spearhead employer branding across digital platforms and social media. You will build partnerships with universities, coordinate campus engagements, internships and graduate recruitment, and develop innovative sourcing channels and talent communities to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• Minimum 5 years in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Campus Recruitment, or HR.
• Strong stakeholder management, networking and relationship-building.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in employer branding, social media recruitment, and university engagement is advantageous.
• Proactive, resourceful and passionate about connecting talent with opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end talent acquisition activities for Head Office functions.
