Job summary

WARISAN TC HOLDINGS BHD in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition / Recruitment to drive end-to-end hiring across the Group. You will partner with hiring managers and business units to understand manpower needs, screen and shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews to deliver top talent.

This hands-on HR role requires strong interviewing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet time-to-fill targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage for overseas subsidiaries in China.
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as JobStreet and LinkedIn; other sourcing channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and business units to understand manpower needs and priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies through JobStreet, LinkedIn, social media, agencies and referrals.
• Review and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
• Conduct initial interviews and provide recommendations to managers.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience.
