The main responsibility of this role is to evaluate and recommend potential locations for opening new stores as part of Watson's Malaysia expansion strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for identifying growth opportunity.

Job Responsibilities

• Review and recommend store expansion.
• Identify and acquire new sites.
• Rental negotiation, execution, and management of leases and tenancy agreements.
• Negotiate and maintain strong rapport with landlords and agencies.
• Analyze financial reports and prepare business for store expansion submission.
• Involved in presentation of new business cases to top management.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate or Business Studies/ Administrative/ Management.
• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in retail store expansion and site acquisition.
• Possess resourceful skills, good planning and organization skills.
• Able to prioritize multiple ongoing projects & consistently work within tight deadlines.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Possess own transport and willing to handle heavy travelling across Malaysia.
• Added Advantages: Experienced in managing mall landlords.
