Job summary

DKSH Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Manager, Resourcing & Talent Acquisition to drive the full recruitment cycle and align hires with business needs. You will partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to translate talent requirements into effective sourcing strategies and proactive workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience across junior to senior levels.
• Experience in large-scale multinational corporations (MNCs).
• Proficiency with modern sourcing tools, social media recruitment, behavioral interviewing, and offer management.
• Ability to close candidates and negotiate compensation packages.

Responsibilities

• Drive full recruitment cycle across DKSH Malaysia through active sourcing and competency-based selection.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to translate business talent needs into strategies.
• Design and execute workforce planning to address current and future needs.
• Establish as a credible talent acquisition advisor and build stakeholder relationships.
• Strengthen employer brand through career fairs, talks, and recruitment campaigns.
• Develop communication approaches for recruitment activities engaging internal and external audiences.
• Deliver data-driven analysis and recommendations to stakeholders to improve hiring outcomes.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the process.
• Perform administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
