TheLorry is seeking an Operations Executive (Home Delivery) at our Glenmarie, Selangor facility. This full-time role coordinates, monitors and optimises home delivery routes, schedules and customer satisfaction across our logistics network.

You will work with drivers, merchants and customers to resolve scheduling conflicts, analyse delivery performance and maintain accurate records, while contributing to cost reductions and service improvements in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our home delivery operations. As Operations Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring and optimising delivery routes, schedules and customer satisfaction within our growing logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage home delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers
• Coordinate with drivers, merchants and customers to optimise delivery operations and resolve any scheduling conflicts
• Track delivery performance metrics and analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement

About you
