Job summary

Asia Recruit is representing a well-established MNC in the ICT sector, seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead/Manager to be based in Sunway Velocity, KL. Take ownership of end-to-end TA in Malaysia and drive sustainable recruitment strategies for core and leadership roles.

You will enhance sourcing channels, lead talent mapping, partner with senior leaders, run regular updates, and develop a team to achieve hiring targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Min 10 - 15 years' recruitment experience in large or GBS organizations.
• Proven experience in hiring IT, Technology, Finance, and Corporate roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory capabilities.
• Experience leading project-based or large-scale hiring in Finance, IT, Tech, or Telco industries.
• Strong understanding of the Malaysian talent market and recruitment channels.
• Demonstrated experience to lead career fairs, campus hiring, and employer branding.
• Strong grasp of recruitment governance and local employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process in Malaysia.
• Drive sustainable talent acquisition strategies and provide high-quality recruitment advisory to line managers for core recruitment and leadership roles.
• Enhance and deepen sourcing channels and platforms to build candidate pipelines. Lead Talent Mapping request and provide talent insights to drive more targeted sourcing activities.
• Business partner with the Senior Level Leadership team to understand their business complexities, define the most appropriate way forward to achieve efficiencies in hiring.
• Conduct regular meetings and weekly updates with BU Leads and senior leadership to address any recruitment gaps and improve hiring strategies in their BU.
• Collaborate with the People and Culture Lead to identify current external and internal talent gaps within the organization.
• Inspire, lead, and develop a team member to drive efficiencies and to be accountable for achieving hiring targets and KPIs.
• Lead and drive continuous improvements across recruiting processes, tools, and technology.

Our well-established client is MNC specializing in telecommunications and information technology (ICT) industry. They are looking for a dynamic and result oriented candidate for the Talent Acquisition Lead, Manager to be based in Sunway Velocity, KL.

Job Description:

Take ownership of the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process in Malaysia.

Possess strong stakeholder management and advisory capabilities.

Experience in leading project-based or large-scale hiring in Finance, IT, Tech, or Telco industries.

Strong understanding of the Malaysian talent market and recruitment channels for talent advisory.

Demonstrated experience to lead career fairs, campus hiring, and employer branding.

Strong grasp of recruitment governance and local employment regulations.
