Job summary

Teleperformance in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. You will partner with hiring managers, design sourcing strategies, and guide candidates through screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

We value strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, with experience in high-volume environments such as MNCs or BPOs. Fluency in English is essential, with Mandarin or Malay as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in MNC/BPO/high-volume environment.
• End-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and job levels.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and handling stakeholder expectations.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATS, recruitment platforms, and LinkedIn.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin or Malay an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, workforce needs, and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, talent databases, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and assessments to evaluate suitability.
• Manage multiple vacancies across different functions and levels, including high-volume and specialist hiring.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, salary expectations, competitor activity, and recruitment trends.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Prepare and negotiate employment offers within approved salary ranges and company guidelines.
• Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and hiring completion.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, hiring volume, and source effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
