Job summary

TP Group in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver top talent across functions.

You will develop sourcing strategies, conduct competency-based interviews, and manage offers while maintaining a strong candidate experience and a data-driven approach to hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment; high-volume/relevant environments preferred.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytics and problem-solving; data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, talent databases, social media and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews and assessments to evaluate suitability.
• Manage multiple vacancies across functions and levels including high-volume and specialist hiring.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, salary expectations, competitor activity and recruitment trends.
• Maintain positive candidate experience and timely communications throughout the journey.
• Prepare and negotiate offers within approved salary ranges and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and hiring completion.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, hiring volume and source effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
