Job summary

OKOIOS Malaysia is seeking a Recruitment Intern to support sourcing, screening, and interview coordination in a fast-paced IT services environment. You will help identify top talent across channels and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Together with our HR team, you will contribute to employer branding, maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS, and help generate recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruiting.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and Candidate Identification: Utilize various channels to source and identify top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Candidate screening and evaluation: Conduct initial screenings of candidates, assess their qualifications, and ensure alignment with position requirements. Coordinate and facilitate interviews as needed.
• Candidate experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
• Employer branding: Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Data management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.
