Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
• Source and match candidates to suit clients' business needs.
• Post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Arrange and participate in candidate interviews.
• Provide basic career advice and guidance to candidates.
