Job summary

OKOIOS Malaysia is seeking a proactive Recruiter to source, screen, and place top IT talent in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with Business Managers to identify talent needs and manage a high-touch candidate journey from application through onboarding.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, proven recruitment experience, familiarity with ATS and recruitment software, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably IT.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and candidate identification across multiple channels.
• Screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
• Champion a high-touch candidate journey from application through onboarding.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract talent.
• Recruitment operations and collaboration with Business Managers to identify talent needs.
• People operations support and coaching in core HR functions.
• Organisational development support and leadership development initiatives.
• Maintain HR data, reporting, and compliance with HR metrics and KPIs.
