Job summary

Weixing Media is seeking a recruitment associate in Malaysia to post ads, search for suitable candidates, and coordinate interviews. You will support candidates during trial and probation, with a monthly target to meet recruitment goals.

The role includes a 7-day consecutive trial followed by a 30-day probation, with incentives based on interviews and successful placements.

Responsibilities

• Post job advertisements on different platforms.
• Search and recruit suitable candidates.
• Contact and respond to candidates.

• Explain job details, salary and requirements to candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist candidates during their trial and probation period.
• Meet the monthly recruitment target.
• Update and maintain recruitment records.
